Essenziale is our extra virgin olive oil from our own olive grove in Sicarico, Monopoli (Puglia). The olives are hand-picked from centuries-old trees and cold-pressed within a few hours. No middlemen, no blending, no supermarket oil.

Flavour. Full and balanced, with grassy notes, a hint of green almond and a light, peppery finish. Delicious over salad, grilled vegetables, pasta, fresh burrata or simply on bread.

Why the 750 ml bottle? This bottle is meant for getting to know Essenziale, or for giving as a gift. If you cook with it every day, the 3 litre tin is better value: €19.67 per litre against €32.00 per litre for this bottle, about 39% cheaper.
