The story of Uliveto di Mede
Uliveto di Mede was born of a simple but deep love for Puglia, for real extra virgin olive oil and for the peace of an olive grove where every tree carries its own history.
In Sicarico, near Monopoli in Puglia, we look after a small olive grove that had been neglected for years. What began as restoring a few old trees grew into a personal project: bringing the soil back to life, caring for the trees and making an oil that is honest, pure and traceable.
Our olives are harvested with care and cold-pressed within a few hours. That way we keep the natural flavour, the freshness and the valuable polyphenols that make real extra virgin olive oil so special.
Uliveto di Mede is not an industrial brand. It is a family project, built on respect for nature, for tradition and for people who consciously choose quality.
Our oil comes straight from our olive grove to Belgium. No middlemen, no blending, no compromise.
